This role is for a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Development in the Southwest region, leading efforts to generate revenue by building strategic relationships with executive and C-suite leaders. It is a fast-paced position requiring knowledge of general fundraising practices and executive engagement strategies, strong relationship-building skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of fundraising success. This is an office-based position offering a hybrid schedule, located in the Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston, Texas area. The role includes a base salary with potential for an incentive up to 25% of base pay, contingent on achieving revenue targets.
