Crow Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Development, specifically with design, engineering and construction experience, for a state-of-the-art, 245 MW multi-phase, large-scale data center development in Dallas, Texas. This individual will work directly with external advisors and owner's representatives in the execution of all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning, design, procurement, construction, to final delivery, as well as collaborate on investment strategy and operational execution. As a leader within the organization, this hire will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency. This person will concurrently evaluate the potential for additional data center developments, and the opportunity to establish a broader business within Crow Holdings.
