This role owns execution, predictability, quality, and delivery outcomes in a client-driven environment where requirements evolve and real-world conditions are often messy and can be unpredictable even with the best of planning. The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor and process discipline, while remaining pragmatic and adaptable in the face of change. Process is used to absorb chaos, not deny it. The successful candidate is a mature leader capable of leading an organization to its next stage of growth but NOT an empire-builder.
