About The Position
We are currently partnered with a private equity-backed, multi-site healthcare services organization seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Vice President of Corporate Development. This executive will report directly to the CEO and play a central role in scaling the platform through a robust, ongoing M&A strategy. The company is supported by a healthcare-dedicated private equity sponsor and led by a dynamic new CEO with deep operational and transactional expertise. The VP will step into a business with strong momentum and an inherited pipeline of actionable M&A opportunities. The role is initially envisioned as a highly hands-on, individual contributor position—ideal for candidates who thrive in entrepreneurial settings and enjoy building from the ground up. Over time, there is a clear path to a Chief Development Officer title and the opportunity to build out a broader corporate development team as volume scales. Internal and sponsor resources are available to support financial modeling, diligence, and integration as needed.
