Position Summary: The Vice President of Construction is responsible for overseeing all construction projects, field operations, and process improvements to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. This role manages resources, budgets, and personnel to meet project deadlines and financial objectives, aligning operational activities with the company's strategic goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the multifamily or commercial construction industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in strategic operational planning and project management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, construction software systems, and technology.
Experience with construction management software required.
