About The Position

The Vice President of Clinical Services at MBK Senior Living is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the Health & Wellness team across multiple states. This position involves managing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting high-quality care for residents in senior living communities. The VP will lead strategic initiatives, provide guidance to clinical teams, and drive revenue growth while maintaining the organization's commitment to quality service and resident well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in nursing or related field.
  • Registered Nurse - State specific accreditation or license required.
  • 5 years in a management position of equivalent.
  • Minimum three years' experience in Assisted Living, Alzheimer's or Memory Care or other applicable experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Senior Living Software (AL Advantage, Yardi EHR preferred).
  • Experience in managing Residential Care Management, State Rules and Regulations, and Risk Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a multi-state operational role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to health and wellness teams, including Regional Health and Wellness Directors.
  • Manage and promote the health and well-being of each community and residents through adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Design, create, and implement policies and procedures for Clinical Services in MBK Senior Living communities.
  • Direct and oversee Quality Improvement Process, Standards of Care, and Infection control for each community.
  • Evaluate performance and coach, discipline, and discharge employees when necessary.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled site visits at communities to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Lead and manage State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations.
  • Develop action plans with the Operations team and Executive Directors based on performance indicators and survey data.
