We’re seeking an experienced and energetic VP of Client Success to transform how we engage and grow our client relationships. This is a player-coach role: you’ll personally manage key accounts while leading the team responsible for adoption, retention, and expansion across our client base. Your mission is to elevate Client Success from reactive support to a proactive, strategic function that drives measurable outcomes for clients and for Wealth Access. You’ll own renewals and expansion, champion the voice of the customer, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementations to deliver exceptional client experiences.
