Reporting directly to the SR VP of Client Experience, we are looking for an experienced insurance sales leader to support existing client relationship evolution that drives engagement and supports the deployment of all the products offered by Patra. This individual will have full command of the client support, oversight and management that optimizes outcomes and drives revenue through a consultative selling / strategic approach.

  • Create demand at individual client relationship levels with strategies focused on generating demand for targeted solution outcomes based on services offered by Patra
  • Engage with executive client levels to demonstrate Patra’s value proposition
  • Monitor Individual Account Performance Metrics for clients assigned that drive customer engagement and retention for sold and delivered opportunities and build / track progress for long term account plans for future growth
  • Objective and Key Results (OKR’s) – Identify client specific and qualitative goals that are quantifiable and measurable which drives desired outcomes from our clients. Create ways to work with clients to track and report on progress to OKR’s leveraging monthly and QBRs to highlight Patra’s value and instill all aspects of being a trusted partner.
  • Relationships – establishing key client relationships at the C suite and across the organization that focuses on growth and expansion opportunities for existing services and net new services
  • Best Practice Recommendations - leverage industry and Patra Operations insights to recommend the best practices that will drive outcomes for the client
  • Engagement – Proactively engage in issues and opportunities with ability to resolve conflict or challenges
  • Monitor and track pipeline results to achieve high levels of distributed upside at clients across all products and services offered by Patra
  • Provide portfolio level reporting and revenue recognition tracking for new business sold so that there is a consolidated view of the projects in-process, and the reporting provides key information such as: Milestone dates, Revenue value by line item and at the consolidated level, RAG status and "next-step" based comments
  • Command of expertise around Insurance Distribution for Retail and Specialty markets with ability to engage at C levels at our clients
  • Ability to manage multiple complex programs for individual clients and internal company activities understanding how to prioritize and evolve solutions that create meaningful strategic outcomes
  • A thorough understanding of Project Management Methodologies
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, creating weekly/monthly reporting for clients on status of OKRs
  • Experience with Contract Processes (MSA's, SOWs, Addendums, etc.) and changing management processes
  • Excellent communication skills - with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Creative and outside-the-box thinker
  • Ability to work in a remote, decentralized organization
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Solutioning tools like MIRO, Trello, MS Project, and/or Lucid Chart
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel to client sites for face-to-face engagement / presentation of recommendations and strategies
  • Work from home; must have fast broadband access
