About the position

With offices across North America, EMEA and 40+ years of experience, we have the resources to help brands create extraordinary experiences across the globe. We're searching for dynamic, motivated Vice President of Business Development with a successful track record in experiential marketing, events and trade shows. You'll be backed by award-winning marketing, creative, engineering and production support.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a dynamic team of creatives, business leads and client service professionals, interacting with all levels of the company.
  • Build a new book of business and drive profitable sales.
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Persuasively articulate Kubik's solutions offerings, competitive advantages, and value proposition to both clients and prospects.
  • Research and qualify leads.
  • Display a thorough understanding of assigned accounts business needs and revenue potential.
  • Willingness to travel within North America and internationally.

Requirements

  • Consultative or enterprise-level sales success.
  • Proven track record of sales working with fortune 1000 companies in experiential marketing, events and trade shows.
  • A strong network of relevant contacts.
  • Active participation in the design, event, and marketing communities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: phone, written, virtual and in person.
