Responsibilities

  • Serve as the college's chief financial officer under the direction of the college President and Vice Chancellor.
  • Direct, coordinate, and supervise various administrative and business service functions of the college.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure budget limits are maintained and establish internal control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenditures for all college program activities and prepare periodic reports.
  • Oversee college operations such as property maintenance, safety, and financial aid services.
  • Coordinate the college's capital construction and facilities planning programs.
  • Develop and maintain the college's Five Year Capital Construction Plan and Facilities Master Plan.
  • Implement the college's risk management program and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Participate in management team decisions regarding college priorities and objectives.
  • Supervise the development and administration of the college budget and financial resources.
