About The Position
The YMCA of the Roses has an Exciting New Opportunity! We're seeking a Vice President of Advancement to lead our fundraising, marketing, and communications efforts, elevating the YMCA's brand and expanding our philanthropic reach. This leader will work closely with executive staff and community partners to drive mission-focused growth and deepen our impact across the Lancaster and York county.

- Obtain Criminal background check
- Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI fingerprint clearance
