The Vice President of Advancement serves on the president's cabinet and is responsible for cultivating revenue streams while working proactively with the university president to ensure the vitality and health of the organization's budget and advance the Mount Mary University's mission. The Vice President of Advancement is also responsible for building and fostering positive and productive relationships among philanthropic, corporate, and community leaders as well as individual donors vested in supporting and advancing the Mount Mary's programs and services . In addition, the Vice President of Advancement is responsible for the development and execution of strategies to engage with target audiences to enhance the institutional awareness, build alumni engagement, increase admissions and retention, and support organizational strategic plan. his role requires a leader with deep fundraising expertise, strong organizational experience, and the ability to operate as both a strategist and a hands-on executor. The VP will work closely with the President, Board of Trustees, senior executives, and key external stakeholders to advance the institution's mission and long-term philanthropic vision.
