The V.P. of Administration will work in conjunction with the CEO and select board members working together to develop the executive management team. This role ensures that administrative functions-including human resources, facilities, compliance, IT, and internal services-are aligned with the company's strategic goals and operate efficiently. They will also work alongside multiple groups within RBC as well as act as an advisor for various committees.
