About The Position

Pernod Ricard is a global premium spirits and wine company, known for brands such as ABSOLUT® Vodka, Jameson® Irish Whiskey, and Malibu®. The role of Proximity Director involves managing local business needs to inform global product strategy, overseeing the tech roadmap, and ensuring effective deployment of global products. The position requires engagement with business leaders, budget management, and change management to enhance local tech maturity. The Proximity Director will lead a team of around 20 individuals, coordinating with various stakeholders to align on business and tech strategies.

Responsibilities

• Capture and understand local business needs to inform global product strategy and roadmap.
• Steer local tech roadmap and drive deployment and adoption of global products.
• Act as a single point of contact for all tech-related topics at the management entity level.
• Articulate the three-year tech roadmap and engage CEOs to agree upon it.
• Manage budget and related costs, consolidating budget needs for the scope.
• Monitor value delivered by products on a regional scope.
• Oversee change management activities and adoption KPIs for global tech solutions.
• Manage local application portfolio to assure business continuity.
• Lead and manage a team of Business Engagement Leads and Domain Proximity Leads.
