About The Position

The Vice President of Mission Integration at CHRISTUS Health is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that align with the organization's mission, core values, ethics, Catholic identity, and spiritual care. This role ensures that the mission of CHRISTUS Health and its sponsoring Congregations is effectively communicated and integrated throughout the organization. The Vice President serves as a key member of the regional senior leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in theology, scripture, spirituality, ethics, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare organization.
• Proven experience in planning, management, and implementation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Catholic Church and its moral teachings.
• Experience working with church leaders and mission-related activities.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of five years of management experience in healthcare.
• Familiarity with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
