About the position

The Vice President of Marketing, Strategy, and Growth at Taylor Corporation will play a pivotal role in driving aggressive revenue growth objectives. This leadership position is responsible for setting the marketing and digital strategy across the business, overseeing brand management, and managing public relations. The successful candidate will harness diverse capabilities to meet the unique needs of various stakeholder groups and will be accountable for achieving desired outcomes through collaboration with key partners.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and deliver on the unique needs of several distinct selling stakeholder groups through progressive content creation.
  • Manage resources efficiently while maintaining quality in output.
  • Grow revenue and be accountable for meeting revenue targets and managing Pro Forma P&L.
  • Partner with the Corporate Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) and adhere to corporate brand standards.
  • Leverage market research to make data-driven decisions in product and vertical marketing.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and gain consensus with key stakeholders.
  • Lead from concept phase through execution phase for several different go-to-market brands and narratives.
  • Commercialize new solutions, develop the story, generate leads, and deploy outreach.
  • Inspire enthusiasm and deliver results while being adaptable in approach and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated marketing leadership experience with 15+ years of progressive responsibility.
  • Comfortable working as a peer to executive leadership.
  • Deep business acumen preferable to singular marketing/creative acumen.
  • Reliable discipline in execution.
  • Vertical marketing experience is highly desirable.
  • Product marketing experience also highly desirable.
  • Disruptive mindset that is unwilling to accept status quo or complacency.
  • Tendency to think 'out of the box' and implement progressive strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience growing product and/or services revenue year over year a plus.
  • BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration, MBA highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing celebrity/founder endorsements and endeavors.
  • Experience in digital and social strategy.
