As Vice President of Market Access Account Services, you are a hands-on leader who drives both the strategy and execution of our market access business. You operate as a true partner to your clients and your team by rolling up your sleeves to move work forward, solve problems in real time and ensure high-quality delivery across client deliverables and initiatives. Sitting at the intersection of payer, trade, and patient access you translate complex market dynamics into clear, actionable plans and stay closely involved to ensure those plans are executed effectively. You are not just guiding the work you are in it shaping deliverables, you will drive market access– brand and tactical planning, aligning clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact. With a strong grasp of account dynamics, you’ll mobilize the right resources, manage budgets with precision, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions, while actively developing and strengthening account talent through hands-on guidance. In this role, you will deepen client relationships, expand business opportunities, and help advance the evolution of our market access offering.
