POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President (VP), Managed Care is responsible for establishing managed care strategic direction and overseeing the development, negotiation, implementation, and performance management of managed care contracts for OSFHS. The VP leads ministry-wide managed care contracting activities and supports OSFHS’s financial sustainability, access to care, and transition to value-based reimbursement models. The Vice President, Managed Care, manages relationships with managed care organizations, insurance companies, and third-party intermediaries, and collaborates with OSFHS executives, physicians, and leaders to develop provider networks, quality initiatives, and cost management strategies across OSFHS regions.
