About The Position
The Vice President, Lifestyle & Medication Services Operations will lead a team of directors responsible for MOBE's program delivery, coaching, guidance, performance management, and operations of all participant-facing teams including Guides, Pharmacists and Outreach & Engagement functions. Additionally, this role will oversee critical operational functions including Workforce Management, Performance Insights, and vendor management of our system partners (Five9, Salesforce, CSS, etc.). In this role, the Vice President, Lifestyle & Medication Services Operations will work with executive leadership to execute the vision and growth strategy of MOBE's Lifestyle Management & Medication Services Program. The ideal candidate is a clinician with deep operational experience scaling health management service organizations and is a strategic hands-on leader who can optimize day-to-day operations while aligning with broader strategic organizational goals.
