About The Position

The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. The Chief Operating Office (COO) supports the business by delivering platforms, processes and systems across a wide range of disciplines, including LOB business management, business solutions & enablement, client lifecycle management, data management, strategy & transformation, and innovation. The CIB Innovation team is seeking an experienced Lead Artificial Intelligence Product Manager - Agents to join its AI Solution Delivery team. This role involves leading product delivery to identify, strategize, and execute highly complex Artificial Intelligence initiatives across a line of business. The individual will be responsible for recommending business strategy, delivering AI-enabling solutions, defining and prioritizing cases, securing resources, and ensuring intended benefits are delivered. They will leverage AI expertise to evaluate technological readiness and resources, drive implementation of AI initiatives, resolve development/implementation issues, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals.

Requirements

5+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

Strong Jira and Confluence experience
Industry experience in AI/GenAI from idea generation to implementation
Experience with agents, agentic platforms, MCP servers, and/or chatbots
Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to execute transformation projects and drive initiatives to completion

Responsibilities

Lead product delivery to identify, strategize and execute highly complex Artificial Intelligence initiatives that span a line of business
Recommend business strategy and deliver Artificial Intelligence enabling solutions to solve business challenges
Define and prioritize cases, obtain the required resources and ensure the solutions deliver the intended benefits
Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
Make decisions to drive the implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives and programs while serving multiple stakeholders
Resolve issues which may arise during development or implementation
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
