JOB TITLE: Vice President – ISC, Specimen Management (SM) JOB SUMMARY: This position will have overall responsibility for leading and directing all manufacturing sites under BD Life Sciences segment’s Specimen Management (SM) business and its associated support functions (domestic and international). This Senior Leader will be responsible for manufacturing strategies, plant SQDC performance, long-range capacity planning, cost improvement, customer service performance, inventory management, and the building of future talent. This role is accountable to lead the PI Platform globally and provides oversight and leadership to sites globally throughout US, Puerto Rico, and UK as well as Business Integrators in the SM Business Unit. Additionally, this role has the responsibility for long-term strategies for optimization of manufacturing operations in collaboration with global functions and in concert with the development and effective execution of the overall Global ISC Strategy. This role will also have significant interface with manufacturing sites outside of their direct responsibility requiring significant collaboration with peers in broader SM/BD Interventional/BDX. This role will report directly to the SVP ISC, Operational Performance (OP) with a reporting matrix to the SM BU President and participate on the SM Division Management Board and the OP leadership team.
