The position is located in Boston, MA or New York, NY . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience with the ability to immediately and meaningfully impact the team, while also engaging thoughtfully with Alantra's training and onboarding practices. The Associate will have the opportunity to consistently work directly with Alantra’s U.S. Managing Directors and Partners. The Vice President will have the opportunity to work directly with Managing Directors and over time high performers will have long-term opportunities to rotate through our other U.S. and overseas offices, if desired.
