About The Position
The VP in KeyBanc Capital Markets' (KBCM) actively work with industry bankers and product groups in cross-functional teams originating and executing a wide variety of advisory and public/private capital mandates. VPs provide day-to-day execution of investment banking mandates (M&A advisory, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance) as well as support new business development initiatives. Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.
