About The Position

The VP, Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for leading the enablement and transformation of the Customer, Logistics & Planning organization to deliver industry-leading service and cost-to-serve metrics. This will include creating the strategy and ensuring the execution and achievement of the plan/transformation. They will partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize our overall network to become more efficient. This individual will be the primary thought leader for continuous improvement projects, productivity improvements, metrics development, and overall connected network. The leader will be accountable for driving the execution of optimization models, governing the logistics enabler program, and driving key strategic initiative execution to achieve world class logistics results. This leader will drive best practices, analytics, project delivery, optimization initiatives, and the development /implementation of the logistics strategy, including collaborating with the IT organization on Customer, Planning, and Logistics digital roadmaps. The role works collaboratively with all Regional Warehouse leaders, Transportation, Network Optimization, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Customer Logistics, and Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related experience; MBA/MS preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of CPG experience required; with a concentration in Logistics proficiencies preferred.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IM, WMS systems (i.e. SAP / JDA) and Llamasoft supply chain guru (or similar Network Optimization planning tool sets) is required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end supply chain strategy is fundamental to this challenging role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing operations with the storage and handling of food grade / regulated products.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Logistics Operations in a highly seasonal / variable volume business.
  • Strong financial understanding and ability to understand key business concepts.
  • Ability to interface & influence with broad cross-functional groups to obtain and understand needed data and obtain buy-in for recommendations.
  • Ability to integrate multiple work-streams to form a holistic strategy for the supply chain.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis and draw conclusions from complex data, dealing with a high degree of future uncertainty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and continuous optimization of the supply chain network, including points of manufacture, make vs. buy integration, distribution, and transportation routes to balance cost, service, waste, and risk.
  • Oversee the architecture of supply chain flows, ensuring alignment with business growth, inventory efficiency, and customer demand.
  • Using advanced analytics and modeling tools, simulate network scenarios to assess impact of change and guide strategic decisions.
  • Leverage network design, capacity modeling, capability builds, and infrastructure to support division and category scenario planning, enabling speed to market through alignment with network capabilities.
  • Drive innovation through digital transformation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a logistics strategy that promotes digitization, automation, and results in a highly connected, transparent, and responsive supply chain organization.
  • Co-Create, in partnership with IT the Customer, Logistics, and Planning roadmap and systems integration strategies.
  • Streamline supply chain to improve operational visibility and leverage technology to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Partner with BPO work to determine the appropriate digital enablers that ensure sustained success, including application of agentic and generative AI within mapped solutions.
  • Benchmark Campbell’s to the broader F&B market to ensure awareness and pacing to emerging and disruptive technology.
  • Lead the analysis of business process across logistics & transportation focused on improving operational efficiencies, quality, service and profitability.
  • Drives in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identifying areas needing improvement and implementing changes.
  • Establish processes and tools used to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical function.
  • Leads and supports key Logistics project initiatives improving productivity and utilization, while maintaining an optimal cost profile.
  • Identifies process improvements to drive productivity, standardization, and efficiencies across Logistics.
  • Provides overall enabler program governance for the Customer, Logistics & Planning organization.
  • Leads cross-functional teams partnering with the Regional Warehouse leaders, Transportation, Network Optimization, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Customer Logistics, and Sales to achieve enabler goals.
  • Leads the analytics of key data streams, identifying insights that will drive strategic direction across Supply Chain.
  • Drive the maturity of analytical tools and reports to effectively manage Customer, Logistics, and Planning performance.
  • Owns Supply Chain data product management and data governance process as part of Data Office Model.
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize repacking processes by using automation, standardizing packaging systems, and implementing efficient workflows.
  • Integrate with network design to identify efficiency and centralization opportunities.
  • Support evaluation of external partners as a component of service or full outsource opportunity.
  • Support cost out initiatives in market offering and SKU optimization.
