About The Position

The Vice President, Integrated Marketing will set the roadmap for One10’s overall digital marketing strategy while leading a team who can transform data into meaningful and actionable information to support profitable decisions that grow our business and strengthen the One10 brand. This role will serve as the most senior digital and mobile subject matter expert in the Company, as well as be a direct advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience driving digital qualified lead-gen in a fast-paced environment; SaaS experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing individual contributors including hiring, inspiring and leading within a growing marketing organization
  • Proven success delivering results on complex projects
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management and project management skills
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to use analytical tools to determine the effectiveness of issue and reputation management programs; ex Google
  • Ability to build budgets with justification and validated assumptions to explain marketing plan, impact and ROI
  • Experience integrating acquired businesses and introducing new assets
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, particularly those in the digital realm
  • Demonstrated experience in web strategy, including information architecture, SEO, conversion rate optimization, web analytics and security as well as familiarity with WordPress infrastructure
  • Knowledge, experience, and ability to set direction across multiple digital platforms and channels (web, search engine marketing, digital display, targeted display, retargeting, OOT, organic and paid social, geofencing etc.)
  • Significant experience with CRM and marketing automation systems to measure ROI and set strategy
  • Experience with reporting and statistical platforms to create integrated visualizations of data sets to provide insights and recommendations
  • People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop others; and link performance to overall business objectives
  • Ability to work strategically and do hands-on execution

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of integrating and representing the needs of three distinct parts of the business – Incentives & Recognition, Marketing Services and Travel & Events
  • Create and implement strategies and roadmaps to drive current customer revenue targets and higher utilization of digital and traditional channels to meet new business targets
  • Work to achieve or exceed annual goals for revenue, occupancy and profit growth, optimizing our marketing spend and diminishing costs per acquisition while driving quality leads to our sales teams
  • Oversee the performance of internal marketing team and external agencies; including public relations/social media strategies, the company’s digital SEO agency, CRM provider and other SaaS technology partners
  • Develop a sales focused culture while upholding the mission and values of One10
  • Interface with other key leaders and teams in order to ensure success
  • Build a staffing plan for the Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and Demand Gen team that scales for future growth of the Company to ensure appropriate resource allocation
  • Partner with team members to tell the One10 story in compelling ways in new and established markets and strengthen our brand voice across digital platforms
  • Management and planning of the marketing calendar and budget to include: online/web experience and operational performance, digital sales and marketing strategies
  • Optimize and support CRM efficiencies, reporting and ROI
  • Lead the digital strategy to consolidate and integrate acquired businesses into a common set of systems, vendors, processes and culture
  • Present to executive leadership team on key trends across all communities and the impact Marketing is having on the outcomes of the business (ex. MQLs, SQLs, and Win/Loss)
  • Assess current marketing technology stack and identify areas of improvement and existing gaps, including how best to leverage Data and inform the Product Marketing initiatives
  • Monitor competitors and develop strategies to maximize market share – by solution area
  • Support ABM strategies within emerging channels for existing customers, prospects and business partnerships
  • Set and manage the digital campaign strategy per discrete service line for new and existing markets
  • Calculate and report on CPL on Omni channels, tracking against budget; make YE budget recommendations based on prior year’s data
  • Implement cross-channel Lead Scoring System to identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
  • Manage email campaigns through Marketing Automation platform that appends CRM
  • Builds/sends, landing pages, content creation (pre-opens, service lines, local markets), list imports, audience segmentation, lead scoring and database management
  • Pull reports and make data-driven recommendations on strategy, new audiences, collaborating with Senior Leaders to set KPIs
  • Grow micro-channels including social and email by improving click-through rate and qualified sales leads
