• Presents technology strategies, project updates, and outcomes to executive leadership, advocating for resources and advancements needed for success.
• Evaluates and improves operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce risk, implementing best practices across technology functions.
• Manages and optimizes departmental budgets, ensuring resources align with business priorities and support scalable growth.
• Leads cross-functional teams in designing and executing both short- and long-term technology strategies that foster innovation and business transformation.
