Responsible for planning, designing, organizing, directing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating all Human Resources functions for Turck Inc. Key accountabilities include fostering positive employer–employee relationships, ensuring effective talent management practices, maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring full compliance with employment laws, and serving as a strategic business partner to align HR strategies with organizational goals and culture. Advance and champion Turck’s well‑being platform to cultivate a thriving, engaged, healthy, and resilient workforce. Prioritize leader role‑modeling and emphasize a flexible, data-informed platform—rather than standalone programs—to continuously improve employee and family well-being, engagement, and retention. Provide executive coaching to the Executive Team, Extended Management Team, and successor/high‑potential leaders to support their personal and professional growth. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, creating career growth opportunities and fostering continuous improvement to enhance the department’s efficiency, effectiveness, and value to the organization. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate all Human Resources functions. Assess and advise on the impact of strategic initiatives, long‑range planning, and new policies on the attraction, development, motivation, and retention of talent. Serve as a strategic business partner, contributing to company plans and translating organizational strategy into aligned HR strategies, frameworks, and operational plans. Develop and optimize a comprehensive talent management strategy, including recruiting, selection, hiring, relocation, performance management, rewards, employee development, and succession planning. Identify and cultivate talent, capability, and skill‑development opportunities through training, mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, rotational assignments, and educational programs, preparing employees for future organizational needs. Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that motivate performance, reinforce retention, and align with market standards. Oversee wage and salary administration, including job analysis, job descriptions, and job evaluations, to ensure a clear job‑worth hierarchy and a market‑competitive base pay structure. Develop and maintain effective HR policies and programs, including employee relations, harassment prevention, complaint resolution, disciplinary processes, terminations, and promotions. Build credibility as a trusted advisor and problem‑solver across the organization. Ensure full legal compliance in all employment practices, policies, systems, and processes. Participate in the annual corporate budgeting process and develop, manage, and monitor the HR budget to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and fiscal expectations. Perform other related duties as assigned, supporting organizational effectiveness and HR excellence.
