The Vice President will guide best practices for the training and development of aviation professionals, contribute to company growth through acquisition, design benefit plans to drive employee satisfaction, maintain regulatory compliance, mitigate company risk, provide people strategy, and drive a recruiting function that supports the business needs and growth plans. The company has a workforce with deep aviation industry roots, so industry experience is preferred.
