About The Position
Under general direction of the Superintendent/President, the Vice President, Human Resources serves as the District's Chief Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and is responsible for leadership and administration of all aspects of personnel matters including employment, diversity, staff development, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, contract administration, and legal and regulatory compliance regarding personnel services. The Vice President serves as a member of the Superintendent/President's senior staff and provides guidance, direction and participation with policy formation and recommendations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
