You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. We are seeking an experienced HRBP to be part of our global Human Resources team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for solving complex challenges. Reporting to the SVP, Head of HR Americas & Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, the successful candidate will work on key initiatives and projects in areas such as organizational design, performance and rewards, employee relations, culture, engagement and leadership development. This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports both people and business success. Bias for action, thought leadership and strong collaboration with the other centers of expertise within the HR team to deliver a tailored experience will be critical to your success. Requirements

  • Proficient in quickly grasping the company’s business strategies and operating platform on a global level; diligent and experienced in synthesizing many sources of information
  • Adept at building and maintaining positive relationships across functions and geographies; viewed by all as a great teammate and capable business partner
  • Ability to achieve results and handle multiple priorities; self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Proven experience solving complex people issues and business problems; ability to identify root cause issues, develop pragmatic solutions, build consensus and dedication, and implement action plans
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, establishes effective relationships, and gets results as a trusted leader
  • Shows capability in forming a solid rationale, articulating persuasive arguments, and engaging effectively with senior management
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in asset management or financial services

Responsibilities

  • Function as a credible counselor to senior business leaders, driving HR advisory that supports strategic objectives, champions innovation, and improves organizational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and success
  • Implement robust talent management programs, including organizational planning and career development
  • Partner with senior leaders to implement firmwide annual HR processes including talent planning, the year-end compensation and promotion process, and annual employee engagement survey action planning
  • Champion a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee relations issues with compassion and integrity, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Lead change initiatives that support growth and transformation within the business; provide guidance and support to leaders and employees through periods of change
  • Other responsibilities as required

  • This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance.
