You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. We are seeking an experienced HRBP to be part of our global Human Resources team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for solving complex challenges. Reporting to the SVP, Head of HR Americas & Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, the successful candidate will work on key initiatives and projects in areas such as organizational design, performance and rewards, employee relations, culture, engagement and leadership development. This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports both people and business success. Bias for action, thought leadership and strong collaboration with the other centers of expertise within the HR team to deliver a tailored experience will be critical to your success.
