The HR Business Partner will help support and shape the finance, strategy, and human resources functions. This role on the Corporate Functions HR team will collaborate closely with the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Finance/Strategy & Human Resources to ensure the consistent delivery of HR services across both organizations. The candidate should have experience in addressing complex challenges, developing innovative business solutions, and utilizing data for insights and strategic decision-making. The role will hire at the Associate or Vice President level.
