As a senior leader in ICF’s Housing and Community Development business portfolio, you will manage the strategic direction of our affordable housing, homelessness, and community development programs. You will lead a dynamic team delivering training and technical assistance for Federal clients, with activities ranging from interactive online trainings, to product development, to national-level webinar production, to in-depth technical assistance engagements at the state and local levels. You will lead the innovation that spurs top-notch training and technical assistance (TTA), spearhead growth and development efforts to provide opportunities for your team members, and support new business development. As a senior leader, you will contribute substantially to nationally-recognized affordable housing, homelessness, and community development technical assistance, driving improved outcomes on a national scale. You will work alongside recognized experts in the field, contribute to ICF’s collaborative work environment, and empower the smart, committed, passionate team around you. This role can be located anywhere in the continental US. Travel to the Washington DC area to meet with clients and colleagues will be required.
