About The Position
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is a comprehensive healthcare and human services organization serving Rhode Island's East Bay communities for 60 years. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Community Mental Health Center (CMHC), and Community Action Program (CAP), we provide integrated primary care, behavioral health, dental services, and essential social services to over 20,000 patients annually. Our mission is to provide high-quality, comprehensive, and accessible health and human services to assist people in achieving their fullest potential. We are committed to creating positive change in the communities we serve through compassionate, culturally responsive care. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Health Administration to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Community Health Centers. This executive-level position will drive organizational excellence through integrated health leadership, compliance management, and innovative service delivery while advancing our mission to serve East Bay communities.
