Requirements

  • 12+ years in strategic alliances, channel sales, or partnerships within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
  • Proven success building and scaling partnerships with GSIs and/or BPO providers at global scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable partner-sourced revenue and drive joint GTM initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing partner-facing sales/alliances teams.
  • Excellent executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders (internal and external).

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead global strategy for GSI and BPO partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and GTM priorities.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through joint selling, co-delivery, and joint GTM activities.
  • Build multi-year roadmaps with top GSI and BPO partners, focusing on AI-enabled service offerings and enterprise-scale transformation.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with global partners, aligning on vision, co-innovation, and shared growth goals.
  • Negotiate and structure strategic agreements, ensuring mutual success and scalability.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team focused on GSI/BPO partner management and sales.
  • Establish best practices in co-sell engagement, partner enablement, and pipeline management.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM to build joint pipeline, accelerate deals, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to align on solution roadmaps and delivery models for GSI/BPO partners.
  • Define and track KPIs: partner-influenced pipeline, closed revenue, certification/adoption milestones.
  • Provide regular executive updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
