About The Position

The Vice President of Growth will be a critical role on the Marketing team at Dynata. Reporting directly to the EVP of Marketing, the Vice President of Growth is responsible for driving business growth and revenue across all of Dynata's segments and channels. This position requires a highly motivated and proactive individual with experience in developing growth strategies and campaigns designed to fuel revenue growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the marketing direction and will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives. In this role, the Vice President of Growth will develop and execute a cohesive marketing and campaign plan aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling across multiple customer segments globally. The individual will be responsible for bringing new products, programs, promotions, and packages to market to win market share, enter new markets, and expand revenue opportunities. A deep understanding of the market, customer opportunities, and competitive intelligence will be essential for success in this position. The Vice President will also apply and evolve customer segmentation strategies, own the customer journey, and optimize the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, and websites based on data-driven insights. Additionally, the role involves managing channels and partnership marketing efforts, developing and executing offers, and overseeing the company's Demand Generation and Product Marketing functions. The Vice President will be accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, product interest, retention, revenue, and win rates, including leads, marketing qualified leads (MQL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
