About The Position

The VP, Group Director of Project Management at Publicis Health CoLab is a leadership role focused on overseeing project management for significant client accounts. This position requires a project and program management expert who can mentor teams, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client satisfaction and business requirements. The role involves interfacing with clients and internal teams to align on project goals and manage the financial aspects of project portfolios.

Requirements

• 10+ years of applicable experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting.
• Fully integrated delivery experience in marketing, technical, and digital fields.
• Healthcare or Pharma experience is required.
• Expertise in project and program management with strategic and tactical planning skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology, including issue resolution and risk management.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams consisting of creatives, technologists, and media experts.
• Experience interfacing with clients and partner vendors on technical delivery projects.

Nice To Haves

• Launch experience is desired.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external teams to align on deliverables and drive successful project completion.
• Define delivery structure and overall vision on projects, overseeing multiple projects within a client relationship.
• Monitor project definition, scope, budgeting, and timing at the account level.
• Drive process improvements and direct the activities of project managers and senior project managers.
• Interface with client senior executives and other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Manage the financial aspects of the portfolio of projects assigned.
