The Vice President, Global Supply Chain, is responsible for leading and optimizing global, end-to-end supply chain operations in support of Life Fitness / Hammer Strength customers worldwide. This role owns Global Demand Planning and Inventory, Customer Operations, Logistics and Warehousing, and Order Management, ensuring reliable, scalable execution across a complex global footprint. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this leader will partner closely across Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Experience/Service, Finance, Engineering, and IT to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes that enable growth, performance, and customer trust. This is a hybrid position primarily based out of our Global Support Hub in Rosemont, IL. Monday and Friday are remote, with Tuesday through Thursday designated as in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid. Additionally, this role requires regular domestic and international travel to manufacturing sites, distribution centers, customer locations, and key regional offices to support teams, drive alignment, and ensure operational excellence across our global footprint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive global supply chain leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading SIOP in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Proven success driving automation, digital enablement, and process standardization.
  • Deep expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics, and customer operations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30 percent, including international travel, in support of global supply chain operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience improving working capital performance.
  • Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead change effectively.
  • Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to developing leaders and teams while increasing empowerment and accountability at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global strategy and execution across Demand Planning and Inventory, Customer Operations, Logistics and Warehousing, and Order Management.
  • Establish and lead an effective SIOP process aligning demand, supply, financial targets, and inventory strategy.
  • Drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, service performance, and working capital improvement.
  • Advance automation and technology adoption across planning, order management, and logistics to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Standardize global processes, tools, metrics, and governance to enable consistency and scalability.
  • Oversee global logistics and distribution to balance cost, service, and resilience.
  • Strengthen Customer Operations to deliver a seamless order-to-delivery experience.
  • Increase empowerment and decision ownership across global and regional teams through clear accountability and simplified decision rights.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and performance management across service, cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
  • Build and develop high-performing leaders and teams across regions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and trade requirements.
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
