About The Position

The Vice President, Global Operations Excellence and Strategy at Integra LifeSciences is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the strategic direction and optimizing operational efficiency within the global operations and supply chain team. This position focuses on transforming global operations and manufacturing to meet customer needs and support growth, providing strategic leadership across various operational priorities such as capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves leading a team of directors and project managers to achieve business objectives and enhance organizational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field required; master's degree preferred.
• 18+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or operations; 5+ years in a strategic leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills to develop strategy and mentor teams.
• Decision-making skills to act independently in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with experience in process improvement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused in high-stress situations.
• Proven experience in product and process analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional certification preferred.
• Lean Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and realize the Global Operations & Supply Chain strategy in alignment with company priorities.
• Develop and lead the Global Operations and Supply Chain Program Management Office (PMO).
• Identify, manage, and execute projects of strategic importance across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop multi-year strategic site master investment plans to mitigate operational risks and ensure growth readiness.
• Lead real estate operations and global operational footprint optimization.
• Manage post-merger integration processes and assist in due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Drive enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Establish a global operations and supply chain training center of excellence.
• Build a high-performance culture and empower teams for successful operations.
• Prepare and present executive-level materials for various meetings.
