About The Position

We are seeking a bold, strategic, and globally minded marketing executive to lead commercial expansion in underpenetrated international markets. As Vice President of Global Marketing – International Growth you will be the architect of market entry and acceleration strategies, directly accountable for unlocking new revenue streams and driving measurable business impact. This role demands a visionary leader who can mobilize cross-functional teams, influence regional execution, and deliver results in complex, matrixed environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, in healthcare, medical devices including with connected systems and SaaS models.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling businesses in new or emerging markets.
  • Experience in matrixed, global organizations with strong cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Willingness to travel globally (>50%).

Responsibilities

  • Own the global growth agenda for international markets, identifying and prioritizing high-potential geographies through rigorous data analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across regional, commercial, and global teams to ensure unified execution and accountability for growth initiatives.
  • Design and deploy commercial strategies that drive funnel expansion, improve conversion rates, and accelerate market penetration in key international markets.
  • Develop and institutionalize regional playbooks that codify best practices, enabling scalable and repeatable success across markets and for connected systems, analytics and capital equipment.
  • Shape market-specific go-to-market strategies, including launch readiness, pricing, demand forecasting, and promotional planning.
  • Build customer stakeholder maps and influence frameworks to drive adoption and shift buying behaviors.
  • Serve as a strategic connector and catalyst, integrating inputs across marketing, commercial, medical affairs, regulatory, operations, and other business units to drive cohesive execution.
  • Provide market-driven insights to global platform teams to inform portfolio strategy, product development, and commercialization roadmaps.
  • Continuously monitor global trends, healthcare policy shifts, and competitive dynamics to anticipate opportunities and mitigate risks.
