The Vice President, Global Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability (HSES) is the executive leader responsible for defining and executing S&C Electric Company’s global HSES and sustainability strategy. This role establishes enterprise governance, drives regulatory compliance, mitigates operational and enterprise risk, and embeds a “Safety First” and “Injury-Free Workplace” culture across all manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and field-service operations worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP leads a global HSES organization, partners closely with senior leaders, and serves as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on safety, environmental stewardship, sustainability, ESG priorities, and long-term risk management. The role delivers measurable improvements in safety performance, environmental impact reduction, and sustainability outcomes while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and stakeholder expectations.
