The Vice President will focus on Capital Solutions within the New York Global Financing Solutions group which is part of the Debt Capital Markets team in HSBC's Americas region. The Debt Capital Markets franchise is the one leading areas of growth within HSBC's Corporate and Investment Bank. The role includes deepening relationships through content-led strategic client dialogue. The role will require someone with a track record of engaging with corporate and financial clients, institutional investors, rating agencies, and relevant regulatory authorities. As a Vice President, Capital Solutions, such person will be responsible for supporting the team in the origination, structuring, and execution of hybrid capital solutions for financial institutions and corporate clients.
