About The Position

Oversee the syndication process, including order book management, allocation strategies, investor engagement, and pricing discussions in collaboration with sales, trading and syndicate desk partners. Drive client engagement by delivering market insights and capital structure advice tailored to strategic and transactional objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during active transactions and ongoing relationship management. Partner closely with investment banking coverage teams to originate capital markets mandates and pitch comprehensive financing solutions. Oversee the preparation of offering memoranda, investor presentations, internal credit markets and other transaction documents. Manage end-to-end execution process including diligence, documentation, investor marketing, pricing and closing. Mentor and supervise Analysts and Associates, fostering development of technical and professional skills. Maintain strong relationships with trading, research, legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth deal execution. -Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or a closely related field of study. -Requires five (5) years of experience as Vice President, Associate, or Analyst in Business Management or Banking, or a closely related occupation. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $275,000.00 and $275,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements
