About the position

Sandisk is seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Global Brand and Digital Marketing to lead and evolve the brand’s global marketing strategy. Reporting to the SVP, Consumer, this executive will be responsible for building a compelling global consumer centered brand narrative, accelerating digital transformation, and driving integrated marketing efforts that connect with consumers, elevate brand equity, and deliver business growth across all markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Sandisk’s global consumer brand identity and positioning in alignment with corporate strategy and market trends.
  • Ensure consistency across all consumer touch points, maintaining a unified brand experience.
  • Lead global marketing strategy across all consumer segments, including product marketing, campaign development, and customer engagement.
  • Drive the global Initiative Master Plan (IMP) and ensure alignment of all initiatives to the brand strategy.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to localize and scale brand strategies effectively.
  • Lead and oversee the global consumer website architecture and ensure best practices are adopted.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, social media, email, content marketing, influencer programs, and eCommerce.
  • Develop digital content, including technical specifications, and video content.
  • Drive digital innovation to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across owned and paid channels.
  • Lead the development of compelling brand campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and digital content to drive awareness and demand.
  • Manage internal and external creative teams and agency partners to deliver world-class marketing executions.
  • Leverage analytics and market research to inform strategy, optimize marketing ROI, and guide decision-making.
  • Establish key KPIs to measure brand health, digital engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with key partner and stakeholders, including Product, Customer Marketing, Sales, PR/Com, engineering teams, to align messaging and ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop 3 year product innovation and roadmap based on brand and consumer insights.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing global team across brand, creative, digital, and performance marketing functions.
  • Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, creativity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in global brand, digital, and marketing leadership roles within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven success building and scaling iconic brands across multiple markets and channels.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong track record in leading integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Experience managing large budgets, global teams, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
