About The Position

IDEX Corporation is seeking a Vice President, General Manager for its Fluidics division, located preferably in Middleboro, MA or Rohnert Park, CA. The role involves leading the business strategy development, execution, and P&L performance for the Life Science Fluidics business, which is on a growth trajectory. The VP GM will provide strategic, commercial, operational, and technical leadership to achieve sustainable, profitable growth. The position requires collaboration with leadership to develop strategic plans, foster a culture of performance, and drive innovation in product development.

• Successful track record of General Management experience in a life science manufacturing environment.
• Experience as an agent of growth with customer-centric and engineering-minded teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and leadership skills.
• Experience integrating acquired entities into a larger corporate environment.
• Extensive global business experience and a strong commercial background.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and lead the strategic plan and execution for the Fluidics business.
• Empower collaboration cross-functionally to delight customers.
• Focus on high impact innovation with product and technology roadmap development.
• Ensure timely delivery of strategic and customer-based new product development projects.
• Manage key metrics such as organic growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and working capital.
