We're seeking a future team member for the role of Development Lead to join our Responsibility Management and Entitlements (RME) team. This role is located in New York (4 days a week).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 7-9 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience programming well-designed, testable, efficient, secure, and supportable code; experience in securities or financial services is a plus.
  • Experience developing RESTful micro-services using Java, Groovy, and Spring/Spring-boot frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Access and Entitlement solutions, including automation and integration frameworks.
  • Lead and assist in the technical design, development, and documentation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
  • Promote, present, and demo the team's products and services to prospective user communities, including senior tech leaders and business application teams.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms while recommending continuous improvements.
