We are seeking a leader to accelerate the adoption, expansion, and commercial success of our insurance fraud prevention and detection solutions—modernizing how carriers, brokers, and TPAs identify, prevent, and mitigate fraud across the policy and claims lifecycle. This position involves responsibility for the strategy, execution, and development of an emerging product within the organization. We are looking for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, sees whitespace as opportunity, and can turn vision into scalable business impact. Reporting directly to the GVP of Growth, you will drive go-to-market execution, influence product direction, and deliver measurable revenue and client value in the evolving world of digital fraud prevention.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of launching new initiatives, scaling products and selling capability, or building businesses from the ground up.
  • 10+ years in insurance technology, fraud prevention, analytics, or risk management, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of insurance fraud typologies, detection methods, and associated compliance/regulatory requirements.
  • Experience influencing product roadmaps and bringing fraud prevention solutions to market in a highly regulated environment.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Go-to-Market for Insurance Fraud Solutions
  • Drive sales and adoption of products that prevent and detect fraud in claims, underwriting, and premium billing.
  • Translate the growth strategy into targeted sales execution plans for insurance carriers, TPAs, and Insurtech partners.
  • Partner with marketing to develop messaging, case studies, and campaigns that highlight the value of fraud prevention and detection.
  • Own revenue and adoption targets for assigned fraud solutions within the insurance vertical.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in claims processing, policy issuance, and payment verification workflows.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring forecasting accuracy and consistent deal execution.
  • Build and deepen relationships with executive-level decision-makers in claims, underwriting, SIU, and fraud prevention teams.
  • Develop fast feedback loop to better define the offering and ensure value propositions are consistent with the offering.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Legal to ensure launches are well-executed and client needs are met.
  • Build and train the product selling team for Fraud products and define roles and responsibilities.
