About The Position

The Vice President, Foundry Chief of Staff at Mastercard is a pivotal role within the Foundry Senior Management Team, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing operations, and overseeing innovation management. This position combines leadership in strategy, operations, and innovation to ensure the successful delivery of Foundry's goals and objectives, while fostering collaboration across teams and enhancing the overall growth operating system.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define Foundry's goals and objectives and ensure the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the Chief Innovation Officer on engagements with the Customer Engagement & Innovation Enable team.
  • Translate Foundry strategy into measurable and actionable plans, holding the team accountable for delivery.
  • Track the product development pipeline and progress across Studio stages for portfolio governance.
  • Lead all matters related to finance, personnel, reporting, and communications globally.
  • Facilitate resourcing and prioritization across portfolios, ensuring a balance between discovery and delivery.
  • Deliver Foundry townhalls, knowledge sharing sessions, and senior management workshops.
  • Execute activities such as investment community materials, webcasts, and quarterly reporting to senior management.
  • Lead the Product Council process for Foundry, validating products against Desirability, Feasibility, and Viability (DFV).
  • Run Foundry team culture initiatives and ensure collaboration across teams.
