About The Position
The Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Rust College is a senior-level administrator responsible for leading the Advancement team in cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and organizations. This role involves strategic leadership for fundraising programs and initiatives, including alumni relations, major gifts, and capital campaigns, while working closely with the President to communicate the College's vision and build a base of major gift donors.
