Vice President for Enrollment Strategy
About The Position
The Vice President for Enrollment Strategy ( VPES ) serves as the chief enrollment strategist, overseeing undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, enrollment marketing, and enrollment analytics to drive sustainable net tuition revenue growth. Reporting to the president, the VPES is responsible for developing the institution’s comprehensive, data-informed enrollment strategy in alignment with academic priorities and ongoing financial planning. The VPES partners closely with academic and other institutional leadership to align enrollment goals with academic, athletic, and other co-curricular program development, market demand, and long-term financial planning. The VPES leads a highly analytical, customer relationship and outcomes-oriented approach to recruitment, financial aid leveraging, and student success, strengthening the College’s competitive position in a rapidly evolving higher education landscape.
