About The Position

The Vice President for Enrollment Management at Chadron State College is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for admissions, financial aid, and the Student Transition and Registration Team (START). Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ten years of increasing responsibility within admissions and enrollment management areas.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets.

• Experience in evaluating and improving student recruitment to graduation processes.
• Familiarity with federal, state, NCAA, and other compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a vision and strategic plan for enrollment management aligned with the college's strategic priorities.
• Provide leadership to ensure efficient operations of the Office of Admission, Financial Aid, and START.
• Develop and execute a strategic enrollment plan that integrates processes from prospect to graduation.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships across the institution to ensure integration of admission, enrollment, and student services with academic departments.
• Oversee the scholarship awarding process and collaborate with financial aid, athletics, and academic affairs to meet recruitment goals.
• Build enrollment and financial aid strategies that consider access, affordability, and support for students.
• Demonstrate team-building abilities and lead the implementation of key initiatives to meet enrollment goals.
• Lead and supervise with an emphasis on team building and goal planning.
